ABOUT OUR BREAD

We arise early every morning (except Sunday) to prepare our ingredients for mixing the dough, kneading, shaping, and finally baking the bread.

We use only the finest ingredients. You will notice that the taste of our bread reflects this. Also, you will notice that a loaf of our whole wheat bread is pretty heavy, just over 2 pounds. In fact, just 3 slices of our whole wheat bread provides the daily recommended amount of fiber.

Our sweets and muffins are also made with the same eye to detail and goodness. We may use apple sauce in our cinnamon rolls as a substitute for butter - and they still taste great!
