We use only the best ingredients in the bread and sweets. Our wheat comes from Montana and is certified chemical and GMO free. We mill it on premises with our 20” stone mill - you won’t find this commitment to quality and flavor from any ingredient loaded supermarket bread.
We use only the necessary items in our bread. For example, our honey whole wheat bread has water, whole wheat flour, honey, yeast and salt. That’s right, only 5 ingredients needed to make healthy, delicious tasting breads.
We opened our doors in downtown Powell in December of 2007. We’re a family owned bakery and take pride in being able to offer the best and freshest bread in town! Our method for making bread is lengthy and can’t be rushed, otherwise, it wouldn’t be as good.
